• Maintain and manage all database relation to transport activities.
• Handle loading and unloading operations.
• Monitor Driver vehicle inspection reports for any mechanical issues, coordinate repairs as needed.
• Initiate cost efficiency measures in transportation operations.
• Supervision of payroll.
• Coordinate with garage supervisor for the vehicle maintenance.
• Supervise workloads, schedule, tasks and other related functions.
• Manage, supervise and monitor fleet operations.
• Maitaining and updating employee records.
• Provides payroll information bu collecting time and attendance records.
• Provides clerical support to the HR Department.
• Monitoring all vehicles through GPS.
and Scheduling the day to day activities of Transportation Employees.
•Making MR in Oracle for any purchasing materials & make LPO.
•Sort documents; code, log, review for accuracy; match supporting invoices to procurement documents, and verify invoices for payment.
•Supervision of payroll of Drivers, mechanics and plant staffs.
•Perform ongoing evaluation of route efficiencies, develop strategies for improvement and report suggested changes to the Transportation Manager.
•Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Facilities Manager.
•Promote safe work practices in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety, Board Policy, and supervisor’s directives.
•Prepare reports as required by the Transportation Manager
•Advise Transport Manager and supervisor of all fleet issues.
