 Train Faculty, Staff and Students on various new software and hardware installed.
 Implements necessary set up lab for practical exam; assists instructors & students with the technology
associated with class preparation & online exams.
 Monitor and maintain the System performance in all environments.
 Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
 Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) .i.e., supports Telephone
System
 Support budgeting and Scheduling of work duties
 Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data
 Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned for orientation sessions for
freshman and DBA Students.
