Brief Description
Plays a key role in the identification, preparation, appraisal and implementation of the Palestine Trust Funds projects/programs. This role works closely with donors, beneficiaries and other internal/external stakeholders to successfully implement identified projects; facilitate approval and implementation of Developmental and emergency projects.
Notable Achievements on top of Routine Standard Duties
- Successful management and maintenance of a USD600 million+ portfolio of projects financing.
- Development of a strategic and an operational dashboard which sheds light into overall performance of the Trust fund and has an impact on strategic direction and decision making.
- Developing a Project Management system linked with field consultants handling technical supervision for monitoring and control.
- Developing a Trust Fund website that can strengthen donor relations and enhance visibility and mobilize financial resources.
- Successful financial reconciliation and consolidation of a portfolio of 500 projects with a USD2 billion financing.
- Integration of technical and financial data for the whole portfolio with the Bank’s system and proper utilization of SAP Business Intelligence System.
- Design and development of an Automated Business Intelligence report with all relevant Key Performance Indicators.
- Review and enhancement of new projects selection criteria to align with the strategic direction of the Trust Fund and the Bank’s overall strategy.
- Review and enhancement of Implementing Agencies and NGOs selection criteria to maximize the impact of interventions.

Brief Description

- Successful management and maintenance of a USD300 million+ portfolio of projects. As well as managing two support staff.
- Leading the digitization initiative of the Department.
- Development of a strategic and an operational dashboard which sheds light into overall performance of the Trust fund and has an impact on strategic direction and decision making.
- Assisting in the launching of an Electronic Disbursement System that will accelerate and improve disbursements, which improves implementation of projects.
- Assist the Department on developing yearly KPIs to successfully monitor operations and enhance overall management.
- Propose including a Disbursement projection schedule in newly approved projects enhancing monitoring and management.
- Work with Relevant Departments to prep for the Launching of a Country Global Platform to manage projects/programs.

- Promoted establishment of a Project Management Office, enforcing Pm processes, models and procedures.
