Duties:
• Responsible for the implementation of plans and executive programs for the stores, which serve in the end to achieve the main objectives of the Foundation
• Responsible for organizing the storage units and shelves and the safety of stocks and in accordance with the instructions of storage
•Supervision of the workers during operations in addition stocks and arranged and organized properly and in accordance with the instructions
• Responsible to Prepare Request of Material According to the Production Unit Requirement by Coordinating with Production Planer from Main Store
• Coordinating with Transportations to Provide Trucks on Time
• Receiving Raw Material from Main Store when Receiving we have to Make sure This Materials is in good Condition by Do Inspection and Apply Quality form REF. QF-8201-01
• stacking the inventory According to Receiving Date
• in case if Material does not match with Specification it will Stacking in Separate Area NCM Area Nonconforming Material Area even to Prepare the Complain Report to Purchasing Dept. Attached with Photos
• Issuing Material to Production as per the Material Requisition that Prepared By Production Planer
• Receiving Finish goods from Production Unit and make sure the Products is match with the Customers Specification
• Delivery the Product to Customer According to weekly Delivery Schedule that Prepared By Sales Dept.
• Update Inventory Report
• Maintain standards of health and hygiene, safety and security in the work area.
