I am responsible for following up with the suppliers and freight forwarders until the arrival of shipments to the port and then moving them to the warehouse.
I work on exempting materials from customs duties.
I Work in coordination with the Saudi national forces to release hazardous materials which are needed by the company.
Conducting interviews with program applicants.
Organizing program workshops.
Providing information for news and media.
I supported the purchasing section with several activities.
Assisted in placing orders and following up with the suppliers and freight forwarders until the arrival of shipments to the port and moving them to the warehouse.
Monitoring the movement of materials and inventory (Shortage/non-movement) and supply what is necessary.
Prepared reports for purchasing of orders from suppliers and materials received and not received.
Graduated from King Saud University with a bachelor degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance in 2010.
