Oct. 2009 to present : Power plant Manager at AYCCL ( Arabian Yemen Cement Com. Ltd ), Mukalla Hadramout Yemen, 6 * 7.5MW Caterpillar alternators, HFO/LFO running fuel, follow the operation and maintenances for whole the units to be ready on service to supply the cement plant .
July 2006 - Oct. 2009 Project Manager for the cement factory construction, project of AYCCL, capacity 4000T/day cement at 1, 200, 000 T/year clinker, of total cost 260Million US Dollar , constructed by Sinoma Company - China, and supervisor contractor of Holtec comp. from India , at Alajoon area, 50Km east of Mukalla Hadramout Yemen, job described as :
Supervision of the construction works performed on the project .
Get instructions from the AYCCL Head office, and coordinate all works with the Site Management Team.
Organize the Works management with the supervisor - Civil engineering and mechanical, structural, piping, pipe line, electricity, instrumentation, Quality Inspection and planning and gets Contractors to conform to the conditions of execution of the Scope of Work, Service Order or Contract.
Approve the planning for project and construction request work in order to complete safe manner.
Organize weekly meeting with the contractor, to discuss any problems or difficulties faced the project, and any slipped to issue recovery planning in order not to delay the project .
Organize weekly meeting with AYCCL engineering staff and the supervisor contractor .
Attend the monthly project review meeting with the contractor and supervisor head managers .
Report to the General manager . of AYCCL company .
Attend the meeting with AYCCL head quarter for the project site progress .
Release the completion certificates with staff having agreed .
2000 - Nov. 2005 - Wadi Hadramout power station manager, Sayoun Hadramout Yemen, 29.2MW capacity, HFO/LFO fuel running with 3000T fuel tanks and workshop, around 90 manpower .
1995 - 2000 Wadi Hadramout power station maintenance manager : Also project manager for power extension of 2 x 3.1MW of power generation .
1991 - 1995 Wadi Hadramout generation manager assistance.
1990 - 1991 Project manager assistance for extension of 6.2MW power generation.
1982 - 1990 Head of electrical maintenance section, for wadi hadramout power station.
18 years experience of diversified experience in electrical maintenance resulting in a solid knowledge of various concepts related to : Maintenance and repairing for big generators, Motors, Control and protection systems. Good experience in electrical maintenance following programmed and routine maintenance schedules.
Posses good communication skills.
1977 - 1982 Yemen Aden University of Science and Technology Faculty of Engineering, Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering. 1975 - 1977 Secondary School in Sayoun Hadramout Yemen , scientific section. Training Courses and inspection visits 2008 – 2009 Inspection , in Europe and China , for AYCCL cement plant Equipment’s manufactured by European and Chinese companies. May 2005 Attend spare parts inspection, in Japan – Niggatta for purchasing spare parts for Wadi hadramout power station . May 1997 Course by GMT Fincantieri Italy for maintenance and operation of diesel engines type BL-230-18 . Mar. 1997 Electrical course for diesel engine type BL-230-18 by GMT Fincantieri Italy . Nov. 1994 Attend the factory test for D/G engines 3MW 6 units at GMT Fincantieri in Terieste Italy . Sep. 1989 Training course in Germany at Motoren – Werke Mannheim AG Deutz MWM Factory W. Germany . Aug. 1989 Training course in France in Moteurs Leroy Somer ( AECO ) for the frequency converters and stabilizers .
