1- Performs all maintenance program (PM) and CM this include inspections and cleaning of equipment, changing oils, cleaning strainers, replacing filters, greasing and vibration monitoring & analysis, replace a defective parts .
2. Perform maintenance on all rotating equipment like diesel engines, pumps, reciprocating compressors, rotary vane compressors, screw compressors, including overhauls and usual inspection.
3. Review, development and coordination operations and maintenance safety program and procedures
4. Technically competent with ability to diagnose/troubleshoot heavy equipment issues, ability to read the geometrical drawings, graphic chart and engineering tables.
5. Participation in the review of designs and proposals of new installations to ensure safety and efficiency.
6. Ability to use of an extensive range of tools, precision measuring and testing equipment, such as hammers, wrenches, pneumatic tools, high pressure jetting and drilling equipment, grinders, calipers, feeler gauges, micrometers, verniers, clock gauges, dial indicators, etc. in accordance correctly calibrated.
7. Prepares for maintenance activities - accomplished by reviewing the job requirements, referencing various equipment data manuals and job procedures, determining parts & tools required, obtaining permits for the work from operations and verifying the lockouts as well as participating in pre-job meetings for non-routine or higher risk jobs.
8. Assess safety and plant performance
