• Performing cybersecurity/network services at customer sites
• Inspecting customer’s hardware for any vulnerable points of access and securing them
• Monitoring the LAN network activity and using diagnostic tools to identify any unusual network traffic
• LAN networking principles and protocols including TCP/IP, VLAN, Firewall, DMZ, VPN, switches, and routers
• Cisco and SIEMENS Routers and Switches
• Installing/upgrading and configuring security software like Anti-virus systems
• Implementing safety measures and data recovery plans at customer sites like backup & restore solutions, and system and data management
Cyber security master's degree to be awarded Knowledge earned: • General knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery methodologies • General knowledge on Cyber security attacks methodologies • General knowledge of IT Standards, Risk and Compliance certificates such as ISO 27001 • General knowledge on risk and threats assessment methodologies, practices, procedures, and tools
