During this period I am running family’s investments in real estate and stock market. The real estate consists of various properties that are rented out, I am handling all operations and maintenance activities of those properties. In addition I am managing the family’s stocks portfolio in the Saudi Market.

• Participating in preparing Budget & Cash Budget with the respective departments managers for various cycle periods (annual, quarterly, monthly) for head office & related properties; evaluating company's Periodical Financial Position.
• Reviewing, checking & monitoring Plans & Projections (Actual vs. Budget). Preparing Directors & Shareholders reports.
