Lead the Talent Management, Acquisition and Performance Management
functions and developing its capabilities in order to accommodate the
needs and demands of the organization.
Develop and implement fit-for-purpose talent management policies,
programs and initiatives to ensure that organizational objectives and
corporate strategy are translated into them.
Work with senior leaders and engage them to assess the impact of current
organizational design in order to identify the elements for an effective
talent management system, culture, performance and learning behaviors.
Major Accomplishments
 Introduced revisions to the HR Policies and established modules for
performance planning & appraisal, manpower planning, onboarding
and manpower requisition
 Carried out a HR organizational capability assessment initiative
(SWOT analysis) to identify gaps and concern areas paving the way
to the development of HR KPIs and establishment of new HR

 Successfully negotiated and managed major third-party contracts for
the delivery of HR automation services (SAP Fiori)
 Developed and built Job Descriptions and Core Competency

Advanced Electronics Company (AEC) is a large semi-government entity of
about 1000 employees specializing in the manufacturing of military
electronics, information and communication technology products and
services. With a strong HR Department of 54 employees, I was directly
reporting to the VP of Human Resources and led a team of 5 employees under
the Recruitment function. My tasks and responsibilities are as follows:
Collaborate with organization leaders and hiring managers to develop the
annual recruitment plan to fulfill workforce requirements and talent
needs.
Lead and supervise the implementation of recruitment and talent
acquisition processes across the organization ensuring continuous
improvement in alignment with standard best practices.
Monitor current and projected capability requirements to assess potential
gaps and make recommendations to senior leaders on how to address
them.
Major Accomplishments
 Led a ‘train to hire’ initiative for Saudi students to provide vocational
training grooming them to work as technicians for AEC to address the
shortage for this requirement
 Successfully launched career fairs and other events to improve
‘employer brand’ as part of EVP for potential job applicants
 Participated in the successful launch of initiatives to automate
recruitment processes (Oracle Taleo) and improve the quality of new
joiners increasing satisfaction of hiring managers
