Establish, execute, maintain and continually review the National Water Company (NWC) Strategic Performance Management Process.
Lead on the continual development and embedding of a performance culture throughout the company and Water Distribution Sector in Saudi Arabia.
Assist in Execution of National Water Strategy (NWS) in
NWC and Water Distribution Sector in SA.
Own and manage NWC internal & external reporting.
Formally publish Strategic Performance Report(s) on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
Assist in identifying key decisions that NWC senior management may or should take based on the analysis
Develop unified KPIs definition and calculation
methodology across water sector in the Kingdom
Maintain and update the Analyzed international Benchmarking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used for water utilities.
- Contribute to the definition of the yearly objectives
and targets & cascading to CBUs
- Analyse performance of different department
through KPIs.
- Assist in setting recovery plans for under-
performing departments / KPIs.
- Monitor progress of initiatives and actions within
time-frame and targets.
- Provide methodological support to the project
owners.
- Communicate Performance issues to Top
Management and raise alerts when needed.
- Actively participated as a driver& member in the
following committees & teams:
Billing Reinstatement Operational Committee for
NWC
Rebilling Task force
Digital Transformation Initiative for NWC

• Plan best allocation & utilization of human, financial
and material resources.
• Oversee operation & staff performance to
guarantee achieving the pre-set objectives.
• Oversee entire processes of administrative &
logistic support for all SFDA premises in province
• Represent SFDA at all government & private
institutions in the province.
• Managed operations of the entire branch starting
with 3 employees representing 1 sector to 35
employees representing 6 sectors & departments.
• Handle branch empowerment and independence -
procurement, staff training & resource
allocation etc.
