I was work with Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company Affiliates to Sabic (Project Accountant) Contract with TAACA. My job duties including the following:
- Invoice Verification & Weekly / Monthly Executive Summary Reporting.
- Plan for the required cash for payments and utility the remaining balance.
- Month end Procedures - Control Accounts Clearing / Reconciliations.
- Supplier Balance Confirmation, Reconciliations & Aging Analysis.
- Closely Interfacing With Treasury Department For Arranging Payments
- Involving in the Weekly Cash Flow Projections / Ascertaining Foreign Exchange Exposure on Payables by Closely Working With Treasury.
- Supplier Payment Disbursement.
- Maintenance of Records & Audit Compliance.
- Using SAP for report generating and performance analysis.
