Responsible for Managing Team and giving them full support and guidance to achieve
selling and close targets, also in charge of providing clear lines of communication
across all areas of the business.
* Provide technical expertise in the area of Collaborations and Unified Communications.
* Design VoIP solutions (IP PBX, Voice Mail, Call Center, Telepresence and call recording
systems.
* Communicating with Clients and collecting requirements with the defining the scope of
project.
* Conducting “needs analysis” for clients.
* Providing formal quotations & Statements of Work ("SOW").
* Meeting with client to discuss and resolve topics and issues.
* Prepare Detailed Design and solutions that complies with RFP requirements including BOQ,
Diagrams, and Technical Proposal Documentation.
* Helping customers (specially Governmental Sector) in building the RFPs .
* Provide assessments of infrastructure modernization/project costs, design concepts, or
design changes.
* Preparing multi-vendor BoQ, technical write-up, high level design, scope of work and cost
sheets involving technologies and products
* Prepare Accurate Commercial Costing for proposed Solutions.
* Execution of professional presentations to new and existing customers.
* Preparing, documenting, evaluating & submitting technical proposals for tenders, semi
tenders & sales team cases, including technical write-up, hardware/Network design &
responsibilities on both parties.
* Planning & designing for several Network
* Defining Infrastructures (Fiber, Ethernet, etc.) including HW & SW required.
* Development of detailed project plan with milestones, and defining performance evaluation
parameters. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all Field Operations
related projects.
* Coordination between sales and technical implementation team and communicate
continuously with customer for updating and meeting customer satisfaction.
* Work with all vendors to ensure delivery of vendor services are in line with SLAs, managers
and vendors coordination, and ensure all vendor operations adhere to general quality
guidelines
* Responsible for maintaining the relationship with the vendors, suppliers, 3rd parties,
customer technical staff for the purpose to get the full information and providing professional
high level technical assistance & support.
* Communicating regularly with the Technical Implementation Center and other departments
to ensure mandatory variations can be met.
* Managing the lifecycle of the IT projects including the process of the project
* Managing the implementation of the IT solutions which provided by the company for the
customers (Switching & Routing solution; IP Telephony; Wireless network; Network security
and Smart Building solutions)
* Act as the primary interface between the company and the customer to ensure the
appropriate support in the line with the contract.
* Prepare High Level Optimal Design.
* Prepare Key Differentiators and Value Proposition for proposed design.
* Help in compiling intelligence about competition.
* Assisting the sales team with customer meetings and provide day-to-day sales support on a
broad range of products and services, including but not limited to
