As a customer care senior executive at Zajil, I am required to receive and make calls to customers for various reasons- resolve complaints and escalate them to the right department to solve them, provide information, We also call customers daily to make sure that all services requested by them are working with no issues. I worked in one of the top banks in Kuwait and the Middle East as a teller and used to be in charge as a service officer when needed.
