Handling visa invitation letters, commercial and family visa and sending the foreign affairs approval to the visitor.
Responsible for all Government Relations Procedures (Change of Sponsorship, Issuance of new Iqama’s, Renewal of Iqama’s, sponsorship Transfers, processing Visa documents, Exit Re-entry Visa, Final Exit Visa etc.) Prepares the documents for the Iqama Renewals, Change of Sponsorship Etc.
Responsible for NITQAT process (SAUDIAIZATION Percentage)
Attend the complex cases in Courts, Ministry of Commerce on behalf of company (if required).
Controlling the In & Out of Custody of Passport and generate weekly Task Reports
Provide advice to government relations staff and officials.
Meeting senior officials in government agencies when needed
Renewal of Investment Authority licenses and CR.
Represent the company in the labour issues in the front of Labour Office and courts.
Help Trade Compliance dept. in all customs operations - issuing authorizations to customs brokers -
Help Information Technology dept. to import Instrumentation with frequencies - submission of applications to the CITC - Follow-up orders - get the permit - provide permits to Customs.
Handling the amendment of AOA as required for company business and operations.
Controlling all registration of company and maintaining validity of all registrations.
Modifying the company's activities in the CR and investment license
Coordination with the Notary Public and the Ministry of Commerce to authenticate Shareholders Resolution.
Treating employee’s issues with SCE.
Pursue with the Government issues such as complex police cases involving company's employees, vehicles, equipment, facilities, unusual labour matters.
Continuously promote company image, protect its assets and interests, and strengthen its relations with the Government.
Monitor Government policies and decisions to protect company's interests.
• Issuance of a certificate of origin for different goods that were manufactured outside Saudi Arabia.
• Receive and process application for visit visas from companies .
• Receive and process chamber Attestations requests.
• Assist companies in promotions, competitions and discounts by issuing the necessary permits and follow-up to the end
• Arranging and supervising USMLE, GEMAT, and TOEFEL tests held Chamber of Commerce training centre in conjunction with ETS.
• Ensure that there is no exclusive agent for a particular brand .
• Collecting all money received by the branch from all employees and make sure the match the daily income reports and deposit them into our bank account the next day in the morning.
• Working with new international investor and helping them with understanding the regulations the governs starting up a new business in Saudi Arabia .
• Follow-up trucks paths
• Attend Glades operations and preview
• Periodic reporting
• Communicate with importers and identify requirements
1.Representing the company before Saudi embassies abroad to
Resolve outstanding issues.
2. Build good relations with all government agencies through periodic visits.
3. Represent the Company when dealing with officials of the Saudi Arabian Government on sensitive or complex issues, including coordination of meetings with concerned Government and semi-Government organizations.
4.Act as the expert advisor on Government and semi-Government relations to the Company’s personnel and organizations.
5.Handle Government affairs matters within the limits of my delegated authority by direct personal representation.
6.Pursue with the Government issues such as complex police cases involving company employees, vehicles, equipment, facilities, unusual labour matters, complaints by the authorities against the Company or specific employees, and issuance of permits and clearances. 5.Continuously promote company image, protect its assets and interests, and strengthen its relations with the Government.
7.Build strong relationships for the Company with relevant Government entities.
8.Monitor Government policies and decisions to protect company interests.
9.Serve as a company caretaker for employee emergency and official liaison issues.
9.Respond to, and coordinate expatriate employees’ issues that require liaison and representation before the Saudi Arabian Government and its organizations.
10.Facilitate services concerning work and visitor visas, issuance/renewal of residence permits (Iqamas), passport issues, driving licenses, death cases procedures, and related personnel issues for company expatriate employees and their dependents, as well as Saudis as appropriate.
