- Conducting studies relating to organization business activities/productivity and effective utilization of resources.

- Participated in developing the 2012-2016 business strategy for Saudi Aramco Upstream sector including the capital and operating programs to produce 10 million barrels of crude and 9.9 billion standard cubic feet of non-associated gas per day.

- Developed an automation first stage model for the Saudi Aramco MIS report.

- Led the accounting team for the operation plan including procurement of equipment (turbomachinery, valves, motors, chemicals, etc.)
