● Portfolio of luxury perfumes : Dispatched and trained a team of 120 people across the region and
handled the annual budget for four brands to boost growth for male and female perfumes and
make up (Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Stella McCartney and Escada)
● Coty : Facilitated the stock hand over with the supply chain team, during the license transfer of the
supplier from P&G brands to Coty. Handled Coty’s portfolio during Coty Arabia business
consolidation and organized the stock transfer of all Coty brands to Coty Arabia
● Fine Fragrances : Worked and negotiated with 7 suppliers (commercial and niche products) with
different budgets. Developed the yearly business plans and the final year closing for each portfolio
● Enhanced brand images in Saudi Arabia (Dunhill, Lalique) to increase sales
● Business acumen and effective negotiator : Lead the coordination between Tamer and Principals
commercial teams
● Defined a strategy for the upcoming fiscal year (forecast, contribution, BP...), in line with the
company & shareholders objectives and worked with different teams to ensure we achieve results
● Performed thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand and effectively
communicate product value proposition
● Monitored new shipments & registrations for new items, with the supply chain team
● Allocated budgets and tracked spending on initiatives and promotions by channel/district
● Analyzed how the brands are exposed to and perceived by the audience in the Saudi market often
followed by a regular market visit to ensure smooth operations in terms of visibility, display, and
stock
● Handled customer credit terms, customer balance conformations, & invoice collections
● Enforced communication with advertising & production agencies to align production with brand
strategy including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition
for short as well as long term

● Trained promoters, section managers, district managers and merchandisers on new products,
brands, and the implementation of the planogram to ensure visibility and availability of the stock
● Secured joint business with Key Accounts in the Saudi Market. The accounts included major
cosmetics and perfumes retailers like Wojooh, Sephora, Debenhams and Musbah.
● Supervised a team of around 260 people including the drivers, receptionists, chefs, etc…
● Redesigned the processes to increase operational efficiencies
● Coordinated the teams by training them, implementing standardized procedures, and preplanning
missions
● Resolved customer-related problems to increase their satisfaction and their loyalty to Meeza
● Monitored the cost and revenue to respect the budget allocated
