• Restructured the entire logistical process executed in Saudi Arabia to account for external and internal requirement, this initiative resulted in the development of Orders and Shipments Tracking Systems which is currently being implemented in other regions. This initiative also resulted in immediate improvement in customer service and resource requirement.
• Automated the filing and permits procedures utilizing existing infrastructure, this automation minimized audit findings to 1% only.
• Mapped all functions executed by the department, and developed all relative working instructions and procedures in line with Halliburton Quality System.
