Responsible for all imported Raw Materials related to consumer and Beverage
packaging divisions from the point of origin to the point of destination.
• Handling activities related to procurement, shipping, clearance, and delivery to each
plant, whereas making sure to reach the production cycle on time and as planned.
• Materials Planning and managing time plans while working alongside operations to
plan an accurate minimally stocked inventory compliance, standards, and quality
requirements.
• Handling the Strategic Sourcing and Financial payment plans along with the execution
for the suppliers/vendors that are related to packaging raw materials and Logistics
service providers. (Annual spent of SAR 50+ M)
• Negotiate long-term agreements for critical materials and identify opportunities for cost
savings.
• Nurture relationships with suppliers in order to negotiate the best prices/terms for the
company.
Maintaining section's KPI.
• Following up and managing day to day terminal logistics’ activities in cooperation with
Custom Authority and Consignee.
• Insure reaching the daily operation target of Vessel discharging and Yard container
Planning.
• Observing quality in dealing with cargos while Loading / Offloading.
• Assuring the quality of logistics handling equipment, including operation, safety, and
Maintenance.
Trading all civil laboratory testing equipment and materials demanded by the Saudi
Arabian market, which is related to concrete, soil, and asphalt.
• Communicating with international suppliers to execute orders, review shipping
documents, and assure meeting the required delivery plans.
• Dealing with local customers in terms of delivery, and after-sales services.
• Sourcing logistics service providers for clearance and domestic transportation.
Including; negotiations, contract agreements, insurance, and service quality.
