● Pro-actively generate new business opportunities, through one’s own initiative and with the support and direction of the management, develop core propositions, and generate new business leads.
● Follow up, support and action any potential new business clients.
● Generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline and to achieve sales targets as defined by the management.
● Produce customer-specific proposals, and attend customer meetings and presentations, at all times aiming to persuade prospects/clients of the benefits of Tamkeen Tech’s products and services.
● Manage the sales process from initial opportunity through to the securing of the client purchase order and ensure successful service delivery.
● To adhere to the companies rules and regulations (i.e. written or implied) and any changes or introductions which may vary from time to time as deemed appropriate.
● To perform other such duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by the management.
● Prospect for opportunities by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
● Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
● Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders.
● Develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
● Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
● Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
● Manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company.
Technical Project Manager (Acting)
● Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
● Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
● Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
● Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.
● Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
● Ensure client’s support tickets are resolved in a fast, professional manner and comply to agree Service Level Agreements.
● Report and escalate to management as needed.
● Coordinating workflow & procedures between HR, Payroll, Employee Benefits and Budget / bookkeeping.
● Developing procedures & forms whereby all HR departments can add, delete, and update personnel master files.
● Acting as liaison between HR Planning & development administration & other HR related function with all KSMC departments.
● Assigning priorities and establishing deadlines.
● Maintaining job titles & allocations for position control.
● Initiate and maintain different sorts of HR metrics by delivering different HR metric reports and analysis.
● Follow up with Manpower committee decisions and coordinate with recruitment department to fill in vacancies for tracking and
development purposes.

● Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
● Develop and complete actions in system specifications, technical and logistical requirements and other disciplines.
● Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
● Perform troubleshooting and debugging environment and infrastructure problems.
● Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
● Work with System Architects and Business Analysts to understand business requirements and solutions architecture.
● Work with the development teams to resolve issues and deploy fixes.
● Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, software deployment, security updates and patches.
● Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.
● Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
● Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
● Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.
● Documenting network configuration and operational procedures.
● Train and provide troubleshooting procedures to helpdesk personnel for first-line network issues.
