Achievements:
• Completed remaining 45% of operation facility set up in 7 months time. Hired operational management team in both technical designing and production from abroad. Maintenance and quality also were in top priority focus. We finally obtained the ISO 9001:2008 and other product standards certificates in 6 months time.

• Annual contracted revenue reached Sr. 15 million in 2011 during the first year operation. In 2012 gained contracts revenue more than Sr. 20 million. Increase customers’ penetration to reach central and eastern region by opening a branch in Riyadh.

• Developed both project base and retail sales channels strategy, and Increased product lines and services to include; doors, kitchen, and bedroom, craftsman workshop, interior design contracting, as well as upholstery production line for hotel furniture and project base market.

• Recruited 116 additional work forces in management employees and labor staff from total manpower of 52 staff in 2010. This is an increase by 223% during two years time. Saudization rate reached 22% at the end of 2012 from 8 % in 2010. Developed human resource programs to impose development and productive performance using KPI measurement. Introduced Saudi lady department for interior design contracting division.

• Improved overall manufacturing productivity and workflow by implementing new information technology and data warehouse. Plan and implement ERP system for better data interaction and fast transactions.

• Created company policy this includes financial budgeting, Human Resource, sales & Marketing, and inventory management. Delegate duties and responsibility to all department managers, and monitor all results and achievements.

• Participated in all meetings with government guests during 2012, 2013 hosted by the “Jeddah Chamber Of Commerce industrial committee”. I was a member of the industrial committee’s workshops for many topics related to Saudi government new policies which had direct impacts on manufacturing companies.

• Negotiated Sr. 130 million sales project with General Electric Company (GE) to produce more than 60 million lamps per year under the brand name GE. The project also includes the purchasing of the latest technology manufacturing lines; which worth Sr. 40 million; and providing technology transfer, technical support, as well continuous training program.
