- Track daily requests received from projects related to activity required to improve / fix customer network
- Work with Project Managers to make sure they are following agreed process and procedure to Open, Progress and Close activity based on customer requirements.
- Record all pending / failed activity and work with team to solve issues before resubmitting orders.
- Prepare Weekly Report for Operation and Implementation Progress and submit Success % report to Director with failure details and corrective action.
- Track Vendor's Performance on weekly / Monthly basis based on their success activity, Discuss results with Project's Managers to take required action against vendor's failure
- Plan for Weekly Activity schedule based on available resources and make comparison report for Plan Vs Actual Results to summarize pending issues and propose revised plan to complete customer requirements
- Verify Completion Documents with System Updates to be submitted for Customer Acceptance.
- Additional Performance reports on daily basis to track operation activity and Project’s Progress .
• Analysis
-Define Key Performance Indicators to establish Monthly dashboards and score cards for all projects and departments to measure thier performance .
-Planning and Forecasting reports for Projects Requirements .
-Monitor and track Project's fund, billing process, inventory level.
-Control project's budget and material cost .
-Track All Purchase Orders processed to Vendors and match it with customer's requirements .
-Monitor Projects Analysts work and support them to close all pending issues . in addition provide periodic reports for project's updates to project manager.
-Coordinate between project and departments to facilitate requirements processing .
-Work with expeditors to evaluate supplier's performance to avoid delivery delays .
• Process Improvements
-Create Process Map for all Projects & Departments .
-Recognize all services provided by departments with Pre Requirements and target processing time
-Help in ERP implementation project through prepare a plan for all departments requirements and work as consultant for ERP Project.
-Track daily work and transactions to confirm it's done based on company's policy and procesure and advise concerned people for corrective actions and best practice to match actual with target .
- Daily and monthly reports for project's update .
- Prepare weekly reports for management related to project's progress, pending actions and issues .

- creating POs and track supplier's payments with finance .

Graduated with 74% , finish bach degree within 3 years only , I got a lot of cources while I'm studing , ICDL , HR , French ... after university I got CMA Cource and membership with American Institute of Management Accounting ... now I prepare for Exams to get CMA certificate
