• Reducing cost by optimizing process and material & equipment selection.
• Preparing subcontractors’ scope matrix & reviewing Letter of Intent (LOI) & contracts before subcontractor’s signature.
• Resolving conflicting design requirements.
• Supervising erection & commissioning activities at site.

• Reviewed all HVAC related drawings & documents (heat load calculations, air flow calculations, air flow
diagrams, duct sizing, piping design, piping & instrumentation diagrams, piping isometrics, pump sizing
calculations... etc.) against international codes and client’s specification.
• Prepared BOQs for all HVAC related material.
• Reviewed purchase orders along with procurement Team for HVAC related orders.
• Attended factory acceptance test (FAT) of air cooled chiller.
• Supervised all erection, installation and maintenance activities related to HVAC equipment (cooling towers, air
handling units, pumps, chillers, chemical dosing, pipes, fans, ducts... etc.)
• Planned, scheduled & monitored HVAC commissioning activities.
• Supervised water balancing of chilled water pipes and air balancing of ducts in the whole plant.
• Assisted Instrumentation team in performing BMS functional test for all HVAC drives.
• Prepared chilled water piping as built isometrics & as built duct layout drawings at the end of the project
• Participated in tendering process of upcoming projects.

• Attended seminar series in: Engine overhaul and diagnosis, automatic transmission overhaul, suspension
system and diagnosis, electric system and networking diagnosis.
• Minimized the queue waiting time by simulating a model of the workshop using Arena software by 15%.
