- Administrate and maintain a huge UNIX/Linux environment, providing Level 2 and Level 3 infrastructure, operating system support for Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) - KSA departments such as Applications, Storage and Database teams, including daily
operation and problems troubleshooting.
- Administrate, implement and maintain Linux/UNIX servers. Providing Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 operating system support for other departments.

- Designing Systems Solution using a wide range of technologies including Linux (Red Hat, CentOS and Ubuntu) Systems, Virtualization (VMware vSphere, KVM and VirutalBox) Servers and Database (Oracle and MySQL) Servers.
• Act as a customer facing second level support engineer for international customers (Facebook, DELL, NetLog, and EPFL). Responsible for receiving, analyzing and resolving technical problems and acting as the technical link between development- engineering teams and customers.
• Responsible for the development of the cloud computing products - based on customized Linux distribution and multiple Free Open Source Software (FOSS) applications- in collaboration with software development/engineering teams, providing Storage as a Service (SaaS) model.
• Daily Operation of NetLog and EPFL cloud storage systems including monitoring, administrating and supporting the whole storage environment.
• Manage the Mobile Number Porting Clearing-House (NPC) project for the National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA), handle and resolve the technical process (from either Linux operating system servers or business perspectives) of
mobile porting between the mobile/land-line operators (Mobinil, Vodafone, Etisatlat and Telcom Egypt) and NTRA.
• Administrate and Track the illegal SIM card boxes which use the Voice over IP (VoIP) to perform international calls.
• Member in the following projects:
1. Saudi Telecommunication Company (STC) International Telecommunication Unit (ITU) project, resolve and automate InterConnect ITU application from system engineerin prospective.
2. Egyptian Company for Mobile Services (Mobinil) Number Portability Gateway (NPG) project, upgrade NPG project (including Linux operating systems and JBOSS application server) to match the new mobile routes plan.
• Design, Administrate and maintain High Availability solution for m-currency mobile payment project, depending on Shared Nothing Total Clustering technique, Including HaProxy web balancer, Apache web server, Apache Tomcat application server with session aware consideration.
• Install, Administrate, secure and maintain Red Hat, CentOS and Fedora Servers/Clients including iptables, Bind DNS, DHCP, Apache, VSFTP and Postfix mail servers.
One of the main developers of Linux system used by a governmental organization based on Linux from Scratch and Beyond Linux from scratch projects.
