• Production Planning according to the orders and estimated sales, this would guarantee the fabrication of quantitative needed items hence minimize stock value.
• Sales Target Oriented achieved by safe procedural delivery
• Monitoring orders’ deliveries of Distributors and Direct Customers
• Auditing on issued invoices/Loading Manifests to make sure that they are tallying with Purchase Orders submitted by sales
• Following up to obtain back all signed received documents
• Checking trade loaders, Prices, Promotions
• Preparing proper documents for shipment and record keeping that verifies adequate references according to Company’s guidelines
• Coordinating with MATCO (shipping agent)
• Coordinating with CHEP EQIPMENT POOLING SYSTEM, to rent out pallets and operating Chep Portfolio Plus
• Preparing summary reports for monthly, quarterly reviews with department manager
