I'm handling Jubail area as Account manager for petrochemical customers & Sabic as my strategic account with below responsibilities :

- Responsible for establishing Ebttikar business in Jubail Area.
- Focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining high level customer relationships.
- Respond to all customer requirements.
- Follow-up on the running project and assure closing with customer satisfaction.
- Overachieved my Yearly targets.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
 First Frame agreement between Ebttikar & Royal commission of Jubail for Computing Hardware.
 First frame Agreement with Maaden Phosphate for cabling & Cisco Materials.
 170% achieved quota in 2011.
 230% achieved quota in 2012.
 270% achieved quota in 2013.
 100% achieved quota in 2014.
 New secure accounts.
 Best Sales Account Manager for 2012.
 Best Sales Account Manager for 2013.
 Establish good relation with international vendors.
 Establish new business lines by selling Manpower & support contracts.
 Increase number of support contract in Jubail area from one to Five contracts
 Increase number of outsourcing employees from 7 to more than 30.
 Secure yearly renewal orders (licenses, Support & Manpower ...)
