Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA) is responsible of promoting business excellence practice within the private sector in Abu Dhabi-UAE, it is based on European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) standards. Responsible to provide whole group the Recruitment Services, Advices and Supports, supervising HR representative in the group in the recruitment area, guide the concerned managers to recruitment procedures & requirements, Drafting advertisement for all vacancies within the group including the senior positions, communication with advertisement medias within GCC countries, Middle east, and overseas, CVs screening, shortlisting, participate in interviews, coordinate overseas interviews, Prepare offers Letters for the selected candidates, Manage Induction & Orientation for new staff, Liaising with HR Officer assistant to activate next procedure to the recruitment which starts with contract preparations, responsible to establish official deals with recruitment agencies, controlling Recruitment budget, producing recruitment & manpower plan for the group, maintain CVs database, prepare recruitment & manpower reports to Chief HR/admin Officer, Implementing and improving recruitment policies and procedures
Responsible to manage HR services for eight companies of the group which contains over 900 staff, managing & liaising with HR representative in the group companies, provide advices on HR policies & procedures to managers & HR representative, Participate in Revision of the HR policies & procedures, Employment offers & Contracts preparations, Maintain & Update staff files and records, Adjust salaries according to performance evaluation result, Compiles data from personnel records and prepare reports to provide information for payroll and other uses, Processes and completes payroll on monthly basis through accurate inputs of actual date joining, leave taken, salary advance and deductions, Compute leave settlement, debit notes for transferred staff within the group and EOSB, control performance management, Prepare job descriptions, Prepare and develop HR Forms and applications, Participation in salary survey, Support recruitment campaigns upon request, participating in the HR budget preparation.
Member of Oracle HRMS super users committee in which my responsibilities had covered followings:
1- Assist in update of and re-document of HR procedures & policies.
2- Supervising HR representative in the eight companies of Al Faisal Group in terms of staff wages & benefit records updates.
Coordinating customers and head office, Scheduling site staff operation, Assisting in annual planning, setting programs & activities on monthly basis, updating & maintaining employee's files and records, preparing payroll for fulltime& part time staff, preparations of leave & final settlements, developing relation with government sector, responsible for all company assets and equipments
