• Handled the sales of the Cartier boutiques in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, which included one of the biggest and fastest growing clients in the region
• Worked closely with the clients (boutique managers) to ensure our strategies were met
• Translated boutique sales targets, category targets & KPI's into daily, weekly and monthly targets and measured performance against targets
• Developed and analyzed the sales trends (sell-in and sell-out) to understand the effectiveness of past action plans and help forecast sales more accurately
• Managed and successfully completed the largest return in the history of the brand, made up of slow-moving items from the client back to the supplier
• Worked closely with the General Manager to select the best assortment of jewellery, watches and accessories for each boutique
• Coordinated with the internal departments (marketing, merchandising & logistics) on a daily basis in order to supply the boutiques with the assortment needed
• Assisted the General Manager in preparation for events such as the Bahrain Fine-Watchmaking Exhibition & Art Dubai
