- Assist with review of upfront estimates, engineering and quality
activities and ensure required expertise is adequately developed.
-Participate in contract review focusing on company’s capability in
terms of contract execution and delivery schedules.
-Raise Procurement Requisitions Forms (PRF's) and monitor
procurement progress for prompt delivery of materials and supplies.
-Ensure that all projects are executed to customer satisfaction and
within the allocated contract budget and agreed schedule; prepare
budget forecast in case of budget overrun.
-Report project weight / invoicing norms as per delivery or
contractual terms and ensure invoices are timely issued.
-Review with Finance payment progress and take required timely
action for full settlements.
-Monitor and record the project related progress, developments and
disputes.
-Visit project sites if required, review progress and ensure bottlenecks are removed and the project meets execution milestones.
Raise required reports on project status to update management.
-Attend to customer queries / concerns / complaints and ensure total customer satisfaction is achieved. Ensure that completed projects are closed and full and final payments are settled.
- Provide technical support and expertise and makes modifications according to productions requirements and section guideline in regard to mechanical equipment and systems.
- Checks and monitors that all the mechanical maintenance work performed meets with the standards approved.
- Performs a trouble-shooting role when mechanical problems arising on the shift go beyond the scope of the Shift Leader, Senior Technician, and Technician or when co-ordination in the group or across functional boundaries as required.
- Performs technical analysis of systems and equipment ensuring reliable operations. Prepares monthly activities and delay report for the area.
- To ensure that an effective system is in place to conduct Pre-Startup Safety, Health and Environment Review (PSSR) prior to initial startup of a new facility or restart of a modified facility.
- Responsible of Risk Based Inspection (RBI), provide a methodology for determining the optimum combination of methods and frequencies .each available inspection method can be analyzed with its relative effectiveness in reducing estimated failure probability for stationary equipment.
- Organizes and assist in training programs for new technician and trainees. Monitors training progress and Job Qualification Performance (JQP).
