1. Managing work of security guide line:
A-auditing & inspection for employ, visitor, cars to entry in side plant requirement of security policy & stander application.
B-Coordinating the gauds pass for employ, visitor, and cars.
C- Conducts daily work-side inspection, address the security infractions to concern security Manager for immediate rectification.
D- Supervision for shift for all employ in administration & Organization for Arrangement of working.
C- Prepare all needed reports daily, weekly, monthly and submit to manager.
2. Supporting the Human Resources department with respect to:
•HR Meeting.
• HR Planning.
• Performance Management.
• Training and development the employee.
3. Manage the employee performance and career development process.
4. Supporting the training activities for the entire Company including conducting training needs assessment, developing training plan.
5. Prepare the HR Plan to determine the Company’s long-term
6. Review, discuss and consolidate the Company’s entire manpower.
7. Communicate and discuss the Department’s guidelines and procedures with employees to ensure responsibilities.
8. Provide guidance and leadership to all Department employees to ensure effective and efficient flow of work and ensure all employees recognize their fundamental roles in the Department.
9. Ensure effective Departmental performance through the selection, development, deployment and motivation of competent staff.
1. Manage the Industrial security department with respect to:
" Industrial security Planning.
" Organizes emergency disaster and evacuation plans in tunneling work.
" Inspection on of security measures the Industrial security infractions to concern Industrial security Manager for immediate rectification.
" Knowledge fire equipment hydrant system, Real hose box, types of extinguishers DCP/CO2/Foam, smoke detectors, fire bells, Monitor water system, wind direction.
" Training and Development.
2. Develop the Industrial security guidelines and policies.
3. Monitor the entry and exit of all Employees, vehicles and materials inspected and matching entering and leaving of the company.
4. Manage the training activities for the entire Company including conducting training needs Industrial security, developing training plan, delivering training, and evaluating training.
5. Reporting and permits daily and weekly and monthly in relation to administration industrial security and follow-up.
