Supervision consultancy at Red Sea Global project :
• Inspection, sampling and testing of materials to ensure compliance with the project
specification.
• Identify non-conforming work or materials, notify contractor and keep a record, and
monitor the closure process until completion.
• Review of the contractor's technical submittals
• Identify potential safety concerns and immediately inform the contractor.
• Assist the site team in the external and the internal audits to ensure the effective
implementation of the quality management systems.
• Assist with the satisfactory close out of the project including snagging & desnagging
of the works and related documentation.
