• Provide technical support to customers; identify, root-cause analysis,
troubleshooting and escalating as required.
• Provide routine support to the sales team in the site observation and
optimization.
• Carry out on-site service visits to the clients, follow the visit schedules.
• Monitored company inventory to keep stock levels and databases updated.
• Providing monthly reports which include the status of the utilities ( water
system) and required enhancements to the chemical treatment or any other
technical recommendations.
• Operated and adjusted controls on equipment and chemicals to purify and
clarify water.
• Observing, sampling and studying the water quality through different processes
and systems such as low and high pressure boilers and cooling towers, chilled
water systems and heat exchangers.
• Assist sales team with plant surveys, start-up of the new accounts and
applications.
