Food Production Supervisor.
I worked as a production supervisor in one of the most reputable food manufacturing companies in Saudi Arabia, during this period I was able to build professional work relations. I also participated in many task force teams, which took parts in many of the developmental projects inside the company, some of the tasks I was assigned to do are listed below;
* Managing and running of the Production program, which is generally composed of many sub - programs as following: - Daily personnel attendance and work supervision.
- PRPs monitoring and inspection.
- Product packaging and delivery.
- Supervising Process Controls and execute reports.
- Handling customer complaints in coordination with quality assurance department.
- Root cause analysis of complains and non-conformities.
- Dealing with incidents and supervise the planned corrective actions and preventive actions.
- Personnel training: Implemented and developed Excellence in training courses for labors in principles of food safety, cross contamination prevention, HACCP principles, Personal Hygiene & Safety.
- Member of the food safety team and playing key functions.
