Ensure developing an unbiased demand forecast using the demand drivers to meet the bias and accuracy targets for a better service, production and inventory management.
To run SAP MRP and order PM to support the factory’s weekly production plan.
Dealing with factories, suppliers and managing various packaging materials such as Aluminum foil, Aluminum and Plastic containers, Cling film and other Plastic wraps, Paper/Plastic/Foam cups, Paper/Plastic/Foam plates, Tableware, Paper/Plastic bags, Hygiene & Safety products, Detergents and the customized products.

Leading the factory’s total stocks to maintain it below the target monthly closing.
Manage stock transfer between plants to ensure safe levels are maintained.
