Assistant Manager of Administration and Human Resources
* Manage All sections in Administration Dept.
* Manage recruitment department staff
* Manage project coordination staff
* Manage medical insurance staff
*Receive reports from a total of 11 staff for the above department/section
*Discuss with the HR manager employee issues that needs to be solved and help in decision making on case to case basis.
*Discuss and evaluate with the project manager the employees’ issues and project situation that needs immediate attention and action to be relayed to the Head Office.
*Coordinate with the project manager the transfer and relocation of employees to other site or project as the need arises and prepare the necessary documents needed with the Head Office.
*Respond to any emergency situation at the project and camps especially at non-working hours and coordinate with the proper personnel and government ministry to deal with the situation.
*Authorized to execute urgent decisions in any emergency situations at the project and camps to solve the current situation.
*Assist employee in dealing with any government issues thru Arabic correspondences and to accompany the employee to the government offices if needed.
*Issue warning letter to any non-adhering employee with the approval and consent with the project manager.
*Coordinate with the Head Office in issuing introduction letter to employees for their personal transactions such as banks, salary certificates and other needed documents.
*Coordinate with Procurement Department for any supplies and materials needed by the project.
*Supervise iqama transactions for employees and solve with Jawazat office any issues that arises.
*Coordinate with the Head Office the medical insurance transactions of the employees such as family additions and medical claims.
Supervise iqama transactions for employees and solve with Jawazat office iqama issues.
*Assist the HR manager in generating correspondences and other documents needed.
* Conduct local recruitment for Saudi nationals and initial interview with local applicants for a possibility of hiring.
* Receive and process from Visa department outside the kingdom application documents for prospect employees.
* Prepare employment contract to successful applicants and finalized all administration procedures related to their hiring such as GOSI registration, medical insurance, fingerprint for payroll and archive personal file for future reference.
