1. Estimating the warehouse price, Preparing proposal drawings along with the offer to the customer & negotiating the design parameter of the building
moreover the terms of payment (cheque, Letter of credit, etc)
2. Encountered with the approval drawings, Erection one & site claims.
3. Advising the way of erection process.
4. Responsible for the building until it will be fully Erected.

3. Ability to strengthen an existing building due to different loads
(E.g. BABY DIAPERS & LADY NAPKIN PLANT)

&Jib cranes)
5. Checking the cross section and the plans of the proposal drawing done by the detailers.
