Lead the Rod Mills & Wire Rod Straightening Shop teams to comply with Company rules, management directives, regulations and policies that relate to EHSS and meeting of departmental objectives
Complete personnel performance appraisals for the Senior Staff reviews those of their subordinates. Assesses potential and promotes as required. Recruits new staff and rejects those who are unsuitable, using company standards and procedures. Monitor and encourage the implementation of Saudization program
Achieve target of Sustainability KPIs (GHG, Energy & Water), Customer satisfaction, Department’s KPIs and Individual development plan. Enhance Reliability performance by achieve target of RCA, RCM, ACA, RBI, RIS, PMP, SAI & SIP
Reviews daily production figures with Operations & Maintenance Managers & take corrective actions and decides the priority and location of resources
Coordinates staff investigations into longer terms problems that may affect production whether of an administrative or technical nature. Coordinates and manages all activities of Operation Engineers which help in providing new ideas and solving problems
Provides information and forecasts to the General Manager for the preparation of the yearly Rod Mill-I, Rod Mill-II & Wire Rod Straightening Shop Budget, Yearly production plan, Projects, Required Man power
Creates ideas and investigations for improvement of daily work as well as long-term matters in the technical side
Project leader of Flat product transformation project which is part the company transformation project looking after all project phases / aspects, deliverable and results.
The project is under HATCH consultancy and led by SABIC / HADEED team.
Lead the work stream activities related to Rolling Mills - Flat under HADEED Transformation Project
Monitor & Control of the project’s phases (Preparation, Assessment, Execution and Close out) and ensure given time frame to be met
Ensure all deliverables are met and initiatives KPIs set
Lead to ensure efficient and safe operation of Cold Rolling Section at a minimum cost to achieve continuous improvements of availability, productivity, yield and product quality.
Develop operating capabilities of Cold Rolling Section’s personnel through monitoring of job performance, identification of training needs and follow up with the concern agencies for organizing the training courses.
Carryout activities and responsibilities for one of the SHEM Elements assignment by the RM Management
Direct day to day operations in the section, towards achievement of budget targets in terms of plant availability, output, quality and yield
Work closely with maintenance to ensure optimum safety, plant availability and equipment performance
Initiate technical change for improving quality, product and efficiency through optimizing operating practices
Coordinate closely with Production Planning department and RM-FP sections to meet production targets
Looking after the quality control section at steel making flat product, managing all administrative and technical activities by leading a team of 3 engineers and 4 shifts crews.
• Supervise the operational activities of the operation team in order to achive performance targets as minimum.
• Ensure availability of operating consumables and engineering spares to maintain production lines availability.

Carries out professional technical work on Electrical, Automation & Instrumentation systems.
Master degree of general business administration.
Bachelor degree of electrical engineering, field of power and control.
