Supervising taem of engineers and drafting personnel for saudi Aramco Projects. Handled Shy-1, Phase1 IPS#6 project. This is new NGL pupmp station on NGL pipeline from Shedgum Yanbu.
Experienced in process piping design and Static Equipment design. Familiar with relevant industry codes. Familiar with ARAMCO Engineering Standards and DEP Shell International
Supervise Mechanical design of static equipment like Pressure Vessels, Exchangers, Tanks and Others.
Used PV Elite & presently Compress Build 6210 being used for design of Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanher.Familiar with ASME VIII Div 1&2, BS 5500, ANSI, API standards. Evaulating pressure vessel nozzles as per WRC 107.Used API 620 & 650 for sttorage tank design. Prepared specifications of materials for the projects. Follow up of fabrication drawings for the equipment. Familiar with Autocad 2000.Familiar wth Stress Analysis. Future programme to use Vessel drafting software to prepare fabrication drawing by software. Presently also acting as Design Project Manager for stamped coded pressure vessels, Exchangers, tanks and Air coolers etc
Job function includes design of piping and equipment for the projects .Followings are the major activities.
1.0 Prepare requisitions, data sheets and design calculations for equipment i.e Columns, vessels and exchangers etc.
2.0 Carry out basic design and detail design for projects
3.0 Check and verify design work done by contractor
4.0 Select piping classes for piping and route piping in existing plant.
5.0 Handle special requests for design problems in existing plant i.e Asbestos free gaskets, Torque calculations for flanged joints.
Job function includes follow up of projects starting from conceptual design through detail design, project planning, execution and commissioning.Followings are main activities.
1.0 Follow up basic and detail design in consultation with Technology, Operations and Engineering departments.
2.0 Bar chart planning of project with Microsoft Project
3.0 Conduct Technical and Safety review of projects
4.0 Follow up ordering and procurement of project materials.

Worked for Saudi Aramco projects in Riyadh Refinery, Rastanura Refinery and Abqiaq facilities.The job function includes following main activities.
1.0 Follow up basic and detail design in consultation with Technical Services and Operations departments.Prepare ITB packages for contractors.
2.0 Carry out stress analysis of piping.
3.0 Supervise team of engineers handling different projects
