Analyze the growth, liquidity, financial stability, and profitability of client investments.
Ensure that daily activities related to client portfolios are conducted by monitoring financial transactions, controlling credit balance, preparing management fees and ensuring proper activity communication to client representatives with compliance to accounting standards and service excellence standards.
Ensure that financial models including valuation, investment return, and competitive benchmarking analyses pertaining to client investments.
Calculate management fees, review dividends accruals and client financials to conduct proper course of action of collection, cash transfer, client invoices’ preparation, etc., and ensure correct approval, sorting, coding and matching of invoices/receipts while maintaining a complete and accurate statement of clients’ accounts.
Supervise the collection of all dividends and credit client accounts as required and maintain a register for storage of all cash records, client journals and important client information (Nationality, Residency, Address, etc.) custody-wise, client-wise and currency wise for easy retrieval of important information in the future.
Supervise the preparation of bank transfer memos and ensure that proper signatories sign them off in coordination with the Operations Department ensuring they are delivered to bank for processing.
Ensure taxes withheld wherever applicable based on the region of subject client investments, account the same and report them on periodic basis as per the subject tax law.
Monitor transactions and settlements related to client portfolios in different investment products as conducted by the concerned departments and ensure proper reconciliation and correct reflection on the Financial Control Department activities
Coordinate with the Client Services & Fund Administration Department in reporting any finding in various conducted analysis pertaining to client investments to ensure proper inclusion within periodically submitted client reports
Update and log in all financial data of client investments into the accounting system accurately and in accordance with the international accounting standards and Wafra’s policies & procedures to ensure that data is accessible & reliable.
Provide consultation to concerned departments on financial issues, to include financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue and expense analysis and develop related analysis reports to measure the performance of the portfolio in order to enhance the decision making process.
Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Accounting for Clients:
1)Managing funds and portfolios.
2)Off balance sheet financing.
3)Daily Reconciliation.

6)Calculating management and incentives fees.
7)Reviewing Fixed Deposits, and Bonds.
Review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Preparing annual budget for CBK.
Involved in development and application of core banking softwares.
Submitting quarter tax reports to tax deductions departments in the ministry of finance.
Estimating budgeted accounts for CBK.
Team leader and a supervisor over junior accountants and accountants.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Processing daily transactions.
