Responsible for constant surveillance of the work force, quality of work, safety, schedules and productivity of personal, sub-contractors and associated support.
Develops method statement for project execution, discuss with client and obtain approval.
Identify critical activities, carryout risk analysis and take necessary measures to ensure timely completion of the project.
Control and coordinate progress of work to maintain schedule.
Implements efficient and cost effective work practices.
Overseeing the material procurement and tracking work practices.
Troubleshooting and handling work as per client’s schedule and specification.
Responsible for overall management and planning/organizing of any existing construction activities.
Responsible for overall project execution plans, forecast and mobilize direct and indirect manpower, tools plant and equipment.
Identify risks, quality and prepare contingency plans.
Review the progress reports and initiate remedial actions where requires and responsible for all work executed at site.
Interfacing with clients representative to discuss various issues in execution of the project in a timely and professional manner
Specific Duties and Responsibilities/Scope of Work:
Maintenance Activities:
Planning maintenance schedules for short/long term Projects / Shutdowns
Responsible in the preparation of inspection reports
Involved in yearly budget forecast
Interfacing with other departments to ensure smooth progress of work
Ensures occupational health and safety measures
Construction Activities:
Responsible in detailed supervision of construction activities in operational environment
Responsible in the supervision of contractor construction personnel for various construction activities.
Responsible for the preparation of BOQ’s for up-coming construction projects.
Responsible for the preparation of schedules for materials, manpower, equipment, etc. required for bid package.
Interfaces with Engineering Contractors in reviewing/monitoring project progress schedules.
Responsible for the preparation of progress/status reports for higher management information.
Contracts Activities:
Involved in preparation of tender specifications
Assist in planning, preparation of time schedule
Involved in quantity estimation
Involved in tendering and bid evaluation, reviewing technical details, analysis of rates, measurement of bills and quantities

Rectification and Rehabilitation of main sea water station
Concrete repair of steel plant caster cooling beds.
Sand blasting and painting of water tank, oxygen plant, chimneys and transformers in Hadeed port and Royal Commission Corridor areas.
Portable water line insulation at rolling mill floor.
Water proofing of administration building and industrial security building.
Rehabilitation of steel plant and rolling mill cable tunnels.
Rehabilitation of furnace and caster support walls of steel plant.
Rehabilitation of fire-damaged cable tunnel and control room basement of main sub-station.
Asphalt Paving for internal roads and Parking area inside Hadeed Boundary.
Supervision and Inspection for Hadeed-II Expansion Project
In my four years at University, I studied various subjects including Limit State Design of Concrete and Steel Structures, Estimating and Specification, Soils Mechanics, Surveying and my Project work involved complete Design & Estimate of Multipurpose Building with working drawings. I seek further challenges and opportunities to gain yet more experience in my field.
A graduate Civil Engineer from OSMANIA UNVERSITY, Hyderabad India is having a long experience in India and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
