One of three founding Partners of the organization. Handled most of the Business Development, daily Operations of the company, handing over weekly milestones to development teams, managed hiring of staff and over saw Administration of the company on a daily basis.
Worked as an MIS manager where I had to manage the project of getting an ERP implemented. Was also responsible for managing the ISO certification process for VDS. Also formalized processes to facilitate various departments at VDS.
Worked as a part time employee and was responsible for product quality assurance, dealing with clients, managing shipments.
1. Analyze and verify LCs of Corporate clients.
2. Ascertain the authenticity of documents.
3. Co-ordination with customers to remove discrepancies in documents
4. Going on client calls
5. Receiving daily receipt of pouch from Karachi/ Islamabad and determine disposition
The degree provided me with the understanding of how small, medium and large-scale organisations can use information systems to support their strategic, tactical and operational activities. Moreover, we were taught how an information strategy was developed. How and why an MIS is developed and used along with requirements for an ERP and designing enterprise architectures.
Finished 3rd year of Software Development at KIIT and moved to Middlesex University for the final year.
Finished my High School equivalent from Al Ruwais International School. I had also sat for O-Levels and A-Levels exams though.
