Ensure training need analyses are conducted in the division to ensure person-specific training needs are identified.
Ensure all employees have an ITP to ensure identified training needs are formulated into training plan.
Monitor of training plans of external and internal trainers to ensure planned training programs are executed.
Ensure the development of competency based training curriculum for jobs to guide training staff in identifying training needs & developing.
Ensure proper induction of new employees to make them aware to company culture, policies and procedures, and overview of the job they are hired.
Prepare a training budget for the division to ensure identified training programs expenses are paid.
Conduct training audits in the regions to ensure compliance to training policies and applicable procedures.
Ensure the design and development of training programs in coordination of RTDMs to deepen the employee’s grasp of job-related knowledge and skills.
Ensure all external training programs are evaluated to ensure coherence or structure of the session, trainer’s effectiveness is to company standard.
Facilitate of external programs to ensure they meet the needs of the business, flight arrangements, visa and venue arrangements are done to schedule.
Develop training packages and conduct training for IT system, other projects to ensure the use of the new systems and working procedures by staff
Responsibilities
Assisting IT Account Manager in finalizing functional specification to ensure timely initiation of projects
Ensure that the support calls from sales depot users are attended to and resolved in a timely manner
Assisting and developing complete documentation and training material to support new releases and train users on use of applications
Conducting detailed acceptance test for new enhancements in co-ordination with user representatives to increase business efficiency
Activities
Assisting and developing complete documentation and training material to support new releases and train users on use of applications
o Development of user manual and presentation material for all new releases
o Conduct end user training during enhancement release and at later stages to ensure that the users are aware of the features of the applications and are using the application as intended
Gathering and Documenting business requirements to assist the solution selection
Ensure that the support calls from sales depot users are attended to and resolved in a timely manner - keep a complete list of user requests and follow up with appropriate HO support team to get them resolved. Escalate the issue to senior managers in BS if the issue is not resolved in a timely manner

Converted Sales applications to multi depot environment to suit the business needs of newly acquired companies
Implemented SARAS, DTMS, Ordering Management system in Western bakeries
Conducted SARAS training from time to time for Supervisors, cashiers & Accountants in WB
Conducted HHT training for Sales supervisors and salesmen in WB
Oracle Certified Professional in (DBA Part1) MCP in Visaul basic 5.0
