* working on domestic A/C Payable:
- maintaining records of the vendors
- from receiving of invoices to their payments
- registering the transactions in the ERP system, up-to their posting
- monthly reconciliations
- year end balance reconciliations
* Petty Cash
- receiving of monthly Petty Cash with documents
- verifying the supported documents for each expense
- to book the Petty Cash Expenses, along with the allocation of each expense
- reconciling petty cash balances half yearly & yearly.
* Sales Quotation Audit
- receiving of sales quotations from salespersons
- verifying to quoted items & prices with present updated approved price lists
- any deviation from normal measure/value must be demanded for & confirmed by supported document
My responsibilities were as follows:
▪ Maintaining inventory records
▪ Maintaining records of the purchases, sales & deliveries of the each order
▪ Communicating with clients & suppliers by mail mostly.
▪ Submitting invoices to finance of the customers
▪ Collecting cheques & bills from clients
▪ Office work.
▪ Comparing prices & quotations analysis.
▪ Making monthly expense reports of the sales representatives.
▪ Making deliveries in case of on-call POs.
▪ Booking couriers weekly for clients.
To check & verify the entries done by myself.
Responsible to complete the work in the specified deadline.
Give the daily status of work or entries which are done by me, throughout the working hours.
Make good client relationships and manage the full documentation of the work which is done by me.
Responsible for requesting additional information for documents which are not completed.
Entering information and files into specified files or forms from the recorded material or hand written pages was also the responsibility included in my work.
To keep the records of different tasks, files and manage proofread reports was the key responsibility.
