• Meet or exceed performance targets, such as chat volume and resolution time.
• Taking the accountability for resolving issues of worldwide customers.
• Being the key contact between different departments and managerial level, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Receive and process payments from retail customers and submitting invoices for governmental spare parts orders.
• Communicating with various government agencies for company certifications and licenses in Saudi Arabia.
