oversee live implementation.

• Implemented Sophos Firewalls and VPN.
• Designed and implemented network infrastructure projects using Cisco Technology, such as Cisco ISR Routers,
6500, 6800 series and 9000 series intelligent switching, Digital Network Architecture.
Initialize projects’ documentations, including HLD (High Level Design) and LLD (Low level Design).
• Recommend and develop new technology solutions, including IoT(Internet of things), for hardware, software, and
security.
• Direct and support the implementation of new software and hardware.
• Perform functional analysis and cost - benefit studies to determine proper allocation of resources.
• Design and Implement Network Infrastructure projects using Cisco Technology.

6500 and 6807, wireless controller and Access Points.
• Integrated data and voice for WAN, enabling routers to convert this information and connect to existing PBX.
• Manage business IT Network and new technologies with the data service provider.
• Manage the IT department, including directly supervising some employees, hiring certain members, and handling employee concerns and performance.
• Communicate with several upstream providers and vendors to restore, stabilize, and enhance the services provided.
• Perform the NOC (Network Operation Center) administration tasks and duties in accordance with the predefined KPIs, methods and procedures.
• Coordinate IT activities to ensure data availability and network services’ stability.
• Perform a live troubleshooting with customers and, if required, dispatch technicians to the premises and lead them through troubleshooting.
• Communicate with the technology team and other departments as collaboration requires.
• Provide several reports (utilization, incident outage, trouble ticket update) to improve the company’s quality of service.
• Oversee departmental finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Design and implement network infrastructure projects using Cisco technology and other technology vendors.
