Operation and Claims
Implementing and Executing of all the Insurance
Operations, claims, and administrative functions pertaining to policies/contracts (Group Life and Individual) as well as to ensure daily/ monthly policy holder accounts reconciliation.
Executing and implementing operational and claims process including registration and settlement of all claims for Group Policy and Individual Policy.
Performing in development and testing of system and automation of all these processes.
Coordinating with sales teams on any enhancement requirements of the system and in any system issues for resolution
Ensure all claim settlements will be paid out within the agreed SLA and SAMA guidelines
Provide MIS Report and Statistical Report for the Management for their review and evaluation.
Provides assistance to the Sales team and develop all necessary MIS reports to facilitate monitoring all sales and marketing activities
Provides on-going training for the new employee of Call Center and Operations Staff.
