Led the maintenance team in maintenance best practices and managed reliability programs. Implemented equipment upgrades via the MOC (Management of Change) process. Acted as a liaison between Maintenance and Operations to schedule work for major plants shutdown activities and large capital projects. * Capable of reading mechanical drawing and P&ID, and capable of handling mechanical (piping, fittings, supports, etc.) technical issue.
* Prepares/Reviewspipingdesignworkconnectedwithminorandmajormodificationsandalterationsto existing systems, or the installation of new equipment and systems, whether done in-house by the Maintenance Department or through outside contractors.
* Conduct investigation to the accident/incident report of piping and stationary equipment.
* Provide support to the maintenance group in providing design, recommendation, and other engineering
services to operation group improvement or enhancement.
* Studyandanalysecomplexorrecurringproblemsrelatingtopipingnetworkandrecommendappropriate solutions.
* Provide necessary technical support to all departments within his area of expertise and responsibility.
