Duties and responsibilities involves,
--to collect the samples from field.
-Analysis and chemical control of the main steam /condensate and boiler feed cycle, auxiliary boilers and cooling waters chemistry.
-Chemical control tests for the MSF desalination plants, deminalizers and electrochhlorination plants.
-tests of lube oil and EHC fluids from power plant.
-Analysis of hydrogen and fuel gases.
-Follow-up and control of chemical cleaning of boilers and water boxes.
-Operation of continous on line analysers and chemical injection systems. Such as cond., silica sodium, and pH analysers.
-Handling of lab.Equipments such as A/A spectrophotometer, lambda 35 spectrometer, colorimeters, viscosity apparatus, particle counter. Density meter, karl fischer apparatus, microscopes, pH and cond. Meters.
-prepration of standard solutions and reagents.
-issuing of work request to maintenance.
