1- Develop and implement operations strategic
plans, and identify business opportunities in
new potential work locations.
2- Develop operational policies and procedures,
direct and control the day-to-day operations,
to ensure optimal, efficient utilization of the
available resources, control operational costs
and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
3- Participate with the director of marketing in
the internal design of the new stores, and
develop effective work methods, to optimize
layout and merchandising at the new stores.
4- Develop and implement performance goals
and operational plans, to ensure operational
efficiency and increase productivity.
5- Direct, guide and build strong work teams at
the stores, aiming to improve quality services
and increase sales.
6- Ensure the daily and weekly requisitions of
merchandises, and monitor inventory level
to maintain sufficient supplies to the stores.
7- Ensure that merchandises are delivered to
the stores on timely basis, and ensure daily
cash collection from the stores.
8- Regularly review the sales record and analyze
sales performance to maximize work efficiency
and to determine the feasibility of certain work
locations of the stores.
9- Coordinate with other department directors to
develop and implement training and quality
assurance programs, to enhance the business
performance, operational efficiency, business
growth and customer services and satisfaction.
10- Participate in the preparation of the operations
annual budget, and monitor its implementation
. 11- Regularly coordinate with the procurement
and marketing departments for offering new
products and promotions at the stores.
12- Develop and execute safety standards at the
stores, and ensure the required maintenance.
13- Take appropriate corrective action to resolve
customer complaints, and ensure to avoid
causes of their recurrence.
14- Participate with the work team in determining
the prices of the new products and services.
15- Provide the managing director with periodical
reports on work progress and revenue.
16- Perform any other related job duties that are
assigned from time to time by management.
