Independently handling as an instrument section head at Tanak oil field which including two central production facilities, eight gathering stations, two water lift stations, gas conditioning and export. Job includes supervising 3 Indian supervisors, 5 national supervisors, and 48 Egyptian and national senior instrument technicians and instrument technicians.
Maintenance and integrity of instrumentation assets within the field in accordance with AFPC policy and procedure and in full compliance of the safety rules. Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and practices.
Fully comply with permit to work system and ensure the company standard is being achieved and maintained.
Actively encourage reporting of near misses and unsafe acts/conditions by my work force.
Schedule all planned and corrective maintenance activities as per plan. Check Maintenance Work Instructions and work order history for validity of content, resources, and man-hours.
To generate plant improvements through the PIR system within my section. Identify training requirements and development of national staff and actively participate in the formal training. Motivate and fully demonstrate good workmanship and safety awareness. Prepare materials and stock proposals to ensure essential supplies are maintained.
Experienced in the installation, calibration & maintenance, trouble shooting of pneumatic & electronic instrumentation and systems such as: DCS Foxboro I/A series, AB PLC, Siemens PLC, GTI matrix Magloge 24 for ESD, Bently Nevada vibration monitors, Gas and Fire detection, Smith PD meters, and ....
have done routine & breakdown maintenance of electronic and pneumatic instrument of reputed companies.
Supporting all the above with the necessary administration using computer programs such as:
Computerized maintenance managment system and Inventory managment system.
